Before you choose.
What counts toward usage?
A pageview or a custom event each count as one event, added up across every site on the plan for a calendar month. Engagement pings are not events you are billed for.
What does “Without limits” mean?
It refers to the measurement approach: privacy should not limit what you can learn about your own website. It is not a promise of unlimited free traffic, and it is not a pricing term.
What happens if my traffic grows past a plan?
You move up a plan, and past the largest one the price is quoted. We will always tell you before an allowance change affects what you pay.
When am I charged, and can I get it back?
Plans are paid upfront: a monthly plan buys the next 30 days and renews 30 days after your first payment, an annual plan buys the year. Paddle takes the payment. Any payment, first or renewal, is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days — the billing and refund policy sets out how.
